Shipping Policy

eBobsGarage ships from 6 different US locations in order to efficiently deliver your order in a prompt manner. Orders placed by 2pm EST will ship same day. In the event the product ordered is out of stock or on back order, you will be contacted by email to discuss alternate part options or be offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

 

eBobsGarage can only offer shipping to the lower 48 states and Canada. Below are frequently asked questions pertaining to shipping from eBobsGarage.

 

Who is the shipping carrier?

We use UPS for our primary carrier, though some orders may ship through Fedex or USPS.

LTL carriers are under contract for items too large or too heavy for UPS and Fedex.

 

Are any packages signature required?

Only LTL requires a signature.

 

I didn’t receive my package but tracking states it was delivered?

Contact us directly by email (ebobsgarage@gmail.com) and we will investigate and find an appropriate resolution.

 

My order was damaged in delivery.

Contact us directly by email (ebobsgarage@gmail.com) and provide photos of the damage to your product. We will issue a return authorization for the damaged product and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

 

Are any addresses or locations excluded from shipping?

We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.

We cannot ship to APO, FPO & DPO addresses.

We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We cannot ship to countries other than the US and Canada.

 

What cannot be expressed shipped?

Items that are either too large for UPS or that are considered hazardous cannot be express shipped. Most items affected by this should alert you at checkout that express delivery is unavailable.
