Return Policy

eBobsGarage must receive your return request within 30 days of your purchase. For any return please email us with details.  We will generate an MRA (Mdse.  Return Authorization).  We will issue a UPS return tracking number if we shipped an incorrect part or your purchase arrives damaged.  In the case of a damaged shipment photos are always helpful.   If the customer has ordered in error and we shipped what was ordered, return charges accrue to the customer and a restocking fee may apply. 

If your return qualifies for a UPS tracking number a return label will be sent along with a form with explicit return instructions.  UPS will make three attempts to pick up your item starting at 1 p.m. the next business day.

Remember also, once a part has been installed it cannot be returned.
